Christmas Seasonal Glow Crafts & Decor!

Christmas and Holiday Seasonal Glow Crafts are easy to create decorations great for a fun family activity! Here are some ideas we made using some basic seasonal decorations such as Silver Holy, a Driftwood wreath and a variety of exciting glow products!

A very simple yet beautifully attractive addition to any winter theme or lighted Christmas celebration. Some Silver Holy with a strand of Blue LED Fairy String Lights!

Waterproof LED Fairy String Lights are an excellent crafting and decor item perfect for brightening up any decorative display with stunning bright glowing lights! Add the Fairy Lights to wreaths, holy displays or any other Christmas craft for a fun and bright addition of color!

Below, we used some of the White LED Fairy Lights to decorate a festive driftwood wreath. You could use these string lights to weave inside any type of wreath or hanging Christmas decorations.

The background lighting effect is created by a simple Disco Light Projection Drinking Glass sitting on the table!

In the above image, we added a large Battery Operated Flameless LED Candle to the display and wrapped a couple LED Christmas Light Necklaces around for some extra color.

The Christmas Light LED Necklaces are fun Christmas Lights you can wear and they can also be used for fun Holiday Crafts!

Here is a fun mini sign (Couple of Inches Tall) used by a local face painter using the Christmas Light Necklace as decorative lighting.

And finally, a couple small branches fell off the Christmas Tree so we picked them up, wrapped a quick bow around them, added some simple Fairy Lights and a Merry Christmas message.

Voila, a quick and easy Christmas Decoration for the front door!

Glitter & Glue Flicker Jars with LED Candles!

Glitter & Glue Flicker Jars are a fun and easy do it yourself glow craft great for all ages! Create stunning and spectacular flickering jar lights fantastic for fall and Halloween. You can use natural leaves and decorations or create your own unique silhouette cut-outs.

Prepare by mixing some standard paste glue and glitter. Coat the outside of the jar and simply place your decorations (leaves, silhouette cut-outs or anything else you can think of!) to the side of the jar and simply add some Flameless LED Tea Light Candles to make them glow! (You can alternatively coat the inside of the jar but this will make it more difficult to place your decorations. Be sure not to use true flame candles if you do place the decorations on the interior of the jar.)

You can also use construction paper to create your own cool silhouette cut-outs or even black paint to paint the outlines directly onto the side of the jar. Use your imagination!

Glowing Craft Idea Water BugsHere’s a fun and easy glow craft idea – Glowing Water Bottle Bugs! All you need for this easy to do glow craft is a few plastic water bottles or containers, an assorted color mix of glow sticks and some crafting goodies such as pipe cleaners, googly eyes or buttons.

Use some scotch tape or glue to stick your accessories to the outside of a plastic water bottle or small container. After your bug or creature is complete, let the glue dry and then fill the container with water, slip inside a glow stick and you have your very own glowing water critter!

An extremely fun and very easy glowing craft idea is the glowing paper tube cutout decoration! These glowing paper tube cutouts make for great glow party highlights and all you need for this glowing craft is a handful of cardboard or paper tubes and assorted color glow sticks!

Simply cut out your desired shape out of the paper tube roll, add any extra decorations such as colored paint or glitter and slip a bright glow stick inside and viola you have an attractive glowing decoration! You can even cut out special themed shapes for a holiday theme or special event!

You can also use some tape (to seal the bottom of the tube), place the glow stick inside and attach the string to the paper tube to create fun glow in the dark hanging decorations. Have fun!

A very easy and simple way to create your own dazzling light up glowing gift bows! All you need for this simple homemade craft is a standard gift bow and a Color Changing LED Mood Ring. Simply place the LED Finger Ring into the gift bow and viola, you have a wonderful lighted gift bow!

Use a piece of scotch tape to secure the ring to the inside of the bow for added stability.

You can also try using different colored gift bows as the lighted effect will reflect differently on each color. LED rings attach very easily and can also be added to ribbons and other gift decorations for a cool, attention grabbing glowing effect! Use scotch tape if you need additional stability.

Super Spaghetti Glow Balloons!

Want a simple, cheap and effective way of really brightening up your party or event? Glowing Balloons!

Many in the party entertainment industry may have noticed over the last few years that there are now several glow in the dark balloon products on the market. The most common being Flashing LED Balloon Lights that are placed inside of a balloon. These are the most practical if you are looking for a bright flashing balloon light that works in a helium filled balloon.

We also experimented with placing some standard and common glow sticks inside balloons. The most eye catching effect was simply from pushing a couple 22 Inch Glow Necklaces or a small handful of 8 Inch Glow Bracelets into a balloon as you are blowing it up to create a spectacular glowing spaghetti like effect inside your balloons. If you are looking for more of a constant central glow, try using a standard 4 Inch Glow Stick or 6 Inch Glow Stick inside of a frosted balloon to create that all-glowing ominous light effect. We also experimented with several brands of miniature glow sticks and surprisingly found that they did not work as well as we thought they would, the glow was very subtle and displaced to the bottom of the balloon. We certainly recommend using the larger sticks and the glow necklaces and bracelets however these will not work in helium balloons due to the weight. If you want to make your floating balloons glow, we recommend Miniature Glow Sticks or the LED Balloon Inserts.
